SONIC WELDERS AND CONVERSION KITS

Sonitek's Thermal Conversion Kits (TCK) for sonic welders allows you to easily convert your idle press into a thermal press (and back again) with our 100 Series controller and "dummy stack".

Standard tooling for the TCK includes your choice of a probe or a 3"x"3 platen.

Choose from the following model numbers:

• TCK100-B Fits Branson 400&800 Series, S&M 1085, USSPT20.
• TCK100-D Fits all BRANSON 900 - 2000 - 2000X Series 20 kHz Models, Also older models 5170 & 8800 and all DUKANE Heavy Duty Presses/ Thrusters including Series 210 and 220 systems too!
• TCK100-F Fits S&M 1080, Dukane slim line.
• TCK100-T Timer expansion option.
