Why Sonitek?

Our Thermal Assembly Systems Offer You
the Fastest, Most Reliable and Versatile
Assembly Process Available

Typical applications where thermal assembly was used to install inserts or heatstake on multiple planes or points in one angle.

Sonitek manufactures a complete line of high quality thermal assembly systems for inserting and staking thermo-plastics. Each system is built to standard specifications or can be custom built no matter how sophisticated your assembly needs.

Sonitek thermal processes simplify set up, operation and tooling change over - resulting in less downtime, higher quality and more production. Our innovative "System Controller" is easy to use with no diagnostic programming required. All machine functions and diagnostic messages are displayed in plain language - English, French, Spanish - at the touch of a button.

Staking 32 posts (8 per part - 4-up) in one cycle. Fixturing incorporates integrated post-cooling. Work was performed on a 2-position sliding fixture.

At Sonitek we apply the science of thermodynamics and utilize our 40 years of "hands-on" practical experience to provide our customers with reliable, quality engineered systems for practically every secondary thermal application used on thermoplastics.
