Overview

Sonitek Spectrum Series LT thermal thrusters (LT = Linear Thruster/actuator only) are compact, rigid units designed for integration into semi-automated or fully automated systems. They can be mounted in any orientation or direction for heat staking and thermal processing operations.

Vertex Automation Package

For custom machines and automated assembly lines, the Vertex Automation Package pairs a pneumatic heat-staking actuator with a separate Vertex Basic touchscreen controller. The compact actuator can be mounted in your equipment, with the controller positioned separately for convenient operation.
