eStore Returns:

Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account on our storefront, finding the order they wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded.

Once a return request is received it will then be approved or denied. Once approved please ship the item back at your expense to 84 Research Drive Milford CT 06460. Please write the order number or RGA number on the box.


Exchanging Items:

If the customer wants to return a product and exchange it for a different one they must return their item back using the above steps and then place a NEW order for the new product they want. Once the old item comes in we will refund that separately.


Restocking Fees:

If the product comes in used or damaged an up to 25% restocking fee may be charged and deducted from the refund. We rarely charge these!
