Sonitek Pneumatic Press Model # UP is an adjustable 100-1,400 lbs max force (High Ton 1500-5000 available & shown) air operated bench top press with Digital timed based controls with Force Monitoring including these standard features:
• Small and compact rugged 14”X x 21” deep Cast aluminum work base with blanchard ground top and baked on painted surfaces.
• Integrated dual start mushroom style push buttons with two- hand ; anti- tie down anti-repeat safety circuitry, Emergency stop push button with pull resetting and standard 7” bolt circle pattern on base top tapped 3/8-16 UNC for bolting or attaching lower nests/jigs onto.
• Machined frame upright thruster support assembly nickel plated for long life and equipped with adjustable gross head height in up and down direction via a hand crank system with locking.
• Four pillow block bearing assemblies and ground precision linear rails in thrusters
• 5” stroke with adjustable micro- positive stop in .001” increments
• Adjustable pressing force up to 1,400 lbs maximum.
• Air filter, regulator and air dump with lock-out/tag out feature
• Available in either Voltage (120 or 240) please specify preferred input voltage when ordering.
• Model DT system controller with HMI-PLC digital controls with graphic display and keypad with easily to set dwell timers
• Digital Parts Counter with reset
• Total life cycle counter (Non-resettable)
• Password Protection of controls to prevent unauthorized access into HMI.
• Adjustable nomenclature for optimizing process including gross head height, stroke in .001” increments, pressing forces, and stroke speeds.
